We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - this does not include preorders. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company.

Orders placed (and paid) before 10AM (CET) will be processed the same working day, or latest the next working day. Orders paid via bank deposit will be processed the next working day. In case we will not be able to process your order due to stock issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to change or cancel your order.

Croatian Standard Delivery – Orders under €80 - €5 (4-6 working days) - COD not accepted

Croatian Standard Delivery – Orders over €80 - FREE (4-6 working days) - COD not accepted

EU Standard – Orders under €120 - €10 (7-10 working days)

EU Standard - Orders over €120 - FREE (7-10 working days)

EU DHL Express – €18 (2-3 working days)

USA & Canada - €18 DHL Express (up to 10 working days)

International Delivery - Orders under €120 - €18 (up to 14 working days)

International Delivery - Orders over €120 - FREE (up to 14 working days)

* Please note that orders must be placed by 10AM in order for your order to be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Orders placed on holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

We're sure you will love your Alpine Princess attire as much as we do. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return or exchange it, we will accept your return within 14 days of when you receive your order. The item must be unworn and undamaged in it's original packaging with all tags attached and in a re-sellable condition. Here's how:

Please contact us via info@alpineprincessclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining why you wish to return the item and whether you would like to exchange it or return it. You can also choose to fill out our returns form.

Items returned to a different address may not be received by us and we will not be able to accept your return. The items must be returned to us within 14 days after the cancellation of the contract.

Please attach the exchange/return form (English or Slovenian) to your package or the following information:

- Your order number

- Which item you are returning/exchanging

- Which item you would like instead of the returned item

If you are returning an item and would like a refund and you paid via bank deposit, please also attach your bank account (IBAN) number and the name and surname on the card

Shipping cost back to us is the responsibility of the customer. If you are exchanging a product, we cover the costs of sending you an alternate product once. Exchanging a product more than once is not possible. We will refund you and you will have to place a new order.

The refund for the returned products will be transferred back to the customer using the same method of payment used by the customer for ordering the product. The funds will be returned no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products.
