Open positions:

Alpine Princess is the first female-exclusive outdoor brand. The company was founded two years ago and is best known for our technical winter leggings for outdoor sports (hiking, climbing, etc). We have big plans for the future and are therefore looking for new talent for the following positions:

  • Product manager
  • Business development manager
  • Marketing manager
  •  

    Applicants for all three positions should:

  • Be an active person who enjoys sports, especially outdoor sports
  • Have a keen interest in outdoor gear and a desire to work in the outdoor industry,
  • Prefer working in a small team with a flat hierarchy, where every individual is responsible for multiple areas of work,

  •  

    Product manager

    Your role:

  • Coordinate development of new products, 
  • Serve as single point of contact for the internal development team as well as for all external partners, 
  • Manage our entire supply chain (ordering of materials, coordination with suppliers and manufacturing facilities, making sure products are delivered on time),
  • Acting as “project manager” and making sure deadlines and quality standards are being met, 
  • Researching and following new trends in the outdoor industry, coming up with new ideas for our product line, improving on existing products, 
  • Gathering feedback from customers and responding to gathered data. 
  •   

    Our requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in product development,
  • At least 4 years of work experience with at least 1 year of experience in a “senior” role,
  • University degree,
  • Outstanding proficiency in English language.
  •  

     Bonus:

  • Have worked in the outdoor industry before, 
  • Experience with developing textile products, 
  • Experience with the supply chain in the textile/apparel/outdoor industry, 
  • Experience with D2C (direct to consumer) business model,
  • Proficiency in German/Italian.
  •  

     What we offer:

  • Permanent and full-time contract with a 6 month trial period, 
  • Gross monthly salary between 2000 and 3000 EUR,
  • Bonuses for outstanding performance, 
  • Flexible work schedule,
  • After the initial onboarding period, the option to work remotely 1-2 days a week, and the option to work fully remote for several weeks a year with prior approval,

    Business development

    Your role:

  • Creating and executing plans to enter new geographical markets, 
  • Finding new sales channels,
  • Organising promotional events,
  • Analysing sales, customer data, presenting reports and findings, 
  • Co-creating marketing activities, 
  • Managing and improving our on-line sales channels (primarily our ecommerce shop),
  • Researching and following new trends in areas of e-commerce, D2C, implementing best practices.
  •  

    Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales / business development / marketing,
  • At least 5 years of work experience with at least 2 year of experience in a “senior” role,
  • University degree,
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  •  

    Bonus:

  • Have worked in the outdoor industry before, 
  • Experience with D2C (direct to consumer) business model,
  • Experience with the Shopify platform
  • Experience with digital advertising (FB, IG, Google, etc)
  • Proficiency in German/Italian.

    Marketing manager

    Your role:

  • Creating and executing digital and analog marketing strategies,
  • Creating, managing and improving marketing funnels (social media, email campaigns),
  • Managing the production of marketing material (coordination with photographers to deliver photo material, in charge of creating graphics, ad designs, etc.)
  • Managing our influencer network, 
  • Organising promotional events, 
  • Researching and following new trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, D2C, implementing best practices.
  •  

    Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing and at least 1 year in a position where you have independently run marketing campaigns,
  • At least 4 years of work experience with at least 1 year of experience in a “senior” role,
  • University degree,
  • Strong quantitative skills,
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics,
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  •  

    Bonus:

  • A “knack” for copywriting,
  • Native speaker proficiency level in English/German/Italian,
  • Excellent feel for design and aesthetics, 
  • Proficiency with Adobe CS, 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML,
  • Basic knowledge of web design,
  • Good understanding of web design, 
  • Experience in creating and developing brands.
