Shipping policy

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) - this does not include preorders. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company. 

Orders placed (and paid) before 13PM (CET) will be processed the same working day, or latest the next working day. Orders paid via bank deposit will be processed the next working day. In case we will not be able to process your order due to stock issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to change or cancel your order.

Pick up
Packages can be picked up personally every working day (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 to 16:30 at the following address: Ulica Jožeta Jame 14, 1210 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will inform you via email when your package is ready for pick up. Personal pick ups are carried out outside the office buildings until further notice. 
COD packages can be paid only with credit card.

*Please note that orders must be placed by 11AM in order for your order to be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Monday and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Orders placed on holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
